Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen are accountable for enforcing safety standards within their areas. They set safety goals, monitor performance, and ensure all activities comply with local and international regulations, industry best practices, and company policies. Engineers and site leaders are responsible for applying safe work methods across all operations ensuring a consistent, company-wide commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

All subcontractors engaged by  are required to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all relevant statutory provisions. They must:

Follow all company-issued safety instructions and legal obligations.

Maintain clean, well-lit, and properly ventilated work areas with suitable sanitation.

Use and maintain appropriate tools, machinery, and equipment in good working condition.

Ensure correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

Report any equipment defects, unsafe conditions, or incidents—whether minor or major— immediately to their supervisor.
